Job summary

NovaCare Rosedale is hiring a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist in Baltimore, MD. You’ll evaluate and treat a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neuro, vestibular and oncology rehab, delivering 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatments.

We welcome new graduates and offer on-site mentorship, a two-week orientation, a Monday–Friday schedule with some evenings, and a comprehensive benefits package including loan assistance and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Complete and maintain all training and comply with state/local/federal regulations
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on-site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10-12 patients per day, with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions, allowing for meaningful, personalized care. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior).
