Position: Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location: NovaCare - Rosedale, Baltimore, MD

Compensation: Starting at $80,000

We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on-site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10-12 patients per day, with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions, allowing for meaningful, personalized care. We’re committed to supporting your growth and success, professionally and personally.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior).

Responsibilities
