Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pasadena, MD is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic team. This full-time role focuses on high-quality, patient-centered care, with 10–12 patients per day and 1:1 hour-long evaluations to support individualized treatment plans.

We offer a competitive compensation range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, up to $10,000 in bonuses, and generous student loan assistance.

• Complete required corporate and clinical training and maintain compliance.
• Provide patient education and develop individualized treatment plans.

We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience. Our outpatient center offers a diverse list of specialties, including:

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Two evenings per week until 7:00 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior)
• Flexible scheduling options may be available for the right candidate
