Job summary

Jobot in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy with a focus on quality patient care.

Openings available in Springfield and Northampton. We offer a $10,000 sign-on, guaranteed annual bonus, and a $30-per-patient incentive, with a typical caseload of about 14 patients per day and 30-minute blocks.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient orthopedic treatment plans.
• Provide hands‑on therapy and therapeutic exercise based on each patient’s needs and progress.
• Adjust treatment plans as needed while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PTAs, orthopedic providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated patient care.

Skills You Need

• Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Outpatient experience is preferred, but not required.
