Jobot is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our established Connecticut practice with locations in Orange, Branford, and Guilford. Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options, a comprehensive benefits package, and a $1,500 CEU allowance support ongoing professional development.

You will evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience with strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, joint pain, and mobility impairments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and helping patients return to work, sports, and daily activities.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians, advanced practitioners, and rehabilitation teams to ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient experiences.

Salary: $92,000 - $126,000 per year

What You'll Be Doing
