Are you a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity in a top Ortho Center? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality physical therapy to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or conditions. You will be part of a team that is committed to delivering exceptional care and ensuring that patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence.

  • Evaluating patients\' physical abilities and developing personalized treatment plans to improve their conditions.
  • Implementing therapeutic exercises and using specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
  • Monitoring and documenting patients\' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educating patients and their families about their conditions and teaching them exercises to do at home to expedite recovery.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in physical therapy and orthopedics.
  • Adhering to all federal and state regulations regarding physical therapy.
  • Working with patients of all ages, from children to the elderly, who have various orthopedic conditions.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A current, valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an orthopedic setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of human anatomy and orthopedic conditions and treatments.
  • Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
