Job summary

Sentara Therapy Center Granby in Norfolk, VA seeks an experienced Physical Therapist for outpatient services. You will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and reduce pain, while educating patients and caregivers.

You will supervise and coordinate care provided by designated team members, ensuring quality, evidence-based therapy and patient-centered care within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia (VA License).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred.

• Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and relieve pain.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
