Job summary

Sentara Therapy Center Healthy Way in Virginia Beach is seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic team. New graduates are welcome to apply, with mentorship from FAAOMPT-trained clinicians and opportunities for weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• VA Physical Therapy License required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Supervise and coordinate care provided by identified team members.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with orthopedic specialists and clinicians to support post-surgical recovery.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
