Responsibilities

• Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions according to standards of care and department policies.
• Provides patient and family instruction through standardized education or individualized training.
• Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and families to improve outcomes.
• Operates efficiently in daily clinical operations.
• Selects and performs appropriate assessment procedures.
• Establishes and updates formal plan of care for individual patient needs.
