Job summary

Confluent Health LLC in Washington state seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join our RET clinic team, supporting AI-enabled documentation and a growth-focused environment. The role offers a $15K sign-on bonus and a patient-centered, evidence-based approach with mentoring and ongoing education through EIM.

You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and use manual therapy and exercises to improve mobility while pursuing productivity goals and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Washington.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

About

Compensation: $88K - $105K/year + Up to a $15K Sign on bonus, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Student loan reimbursement, generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
