Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Western Washington clinics. You will see patients with 40-minute sessions, benefit from AI documentation to maximize patient time, and participate in a productive team with mentorship and growth opportunities.

We offer a $10K sign-on bonus, weekly productivity incentives, student loan reimbursement, and a 401(k) with a 4% employer match.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required.
• Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
• Comply with all regulatory guidance including HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
• Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.

$10K Sign On Bonus - Weekly Productivity Bonus- Student Loan Reimbursement

Compensation: $88K - $105K/year + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
