Confluent Health's TLC clinic in Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a team focused on high-quality care, mentorship, and ongoing professional growth.

You will assess movement dysfunction, develop individual care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions while tracking outcomes and supporting patients throughout their recovery journey. The role offers strong mentorship and opportunities for certification through EIM.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

About

Compensation: $90k-$105k+ sign on bonus of up to $15k, withadditionalcompensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
