Job summary

TLC Physical Therapy, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our team in Inverness, FL. You will apply clinical reasoning to evaluate movement dysfunction, develop evidence-based plans, and deliver skilled interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and exam to identify causes.
• Collaborate to develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approaches based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

About

Compensation: $90k-$105k+ sign on bonus of up to $15k, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
