TLC, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Florida. You will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction, develop evidence-based care plans, and deliver interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

The role emphasizes mentorship, career development, and ongoing education through residency/fellowship options. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and additional opportunities

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
