Colorado In Motion, a member of the Confluent Health family in Fort Collins, Colorado, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its team and deliver patient-centered care in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

This role features a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, additional weekly volume-based bonuses, and a pathway for professional growth through residency programs and continuing education with EIM.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

About

Compensation:Up to $ 95,000K + Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly productivity bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$3k per year, average less than 10 patients per day, and 1:1 treatment model! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
