Colorado In Motion, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join a mentorship-driven team in Fort Collins. You will deliver evidence-based, 1:1 patient care with access to residency programs through EIM, ongoing CE opportunities, and clear development pathways.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

About

Compensation: $73,000K-95,000K + Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$3k per year, average less than 10 patients per day, and 1:1 treatment model!
