SporTherapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, Weatherford clinic, Texas, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join a growth‑oriented team. You’ll deliver evidence‑based outpatient care, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re‑education, in a collaborative gym setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice (TX).

Responsabilités

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.

About

Compensation: $80K-95K + Sign On Bonus of $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 11 patients per day, and additional CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
