SporTherapy, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for our Weatherford clinic. You will assess movement dysfunction, develop tailored plans of care, and deliver interventions to improve function and reduce pain in a diverse outpatient caseload.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Experience delivering outpatient physical therapy and functional movement assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver interventions: therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuro re-education, modalities.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

About

Compensation:$80K-95K + Sign On Bonus of $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 11 patients per day, and additional CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
