Job summary

MOTION PT Group, a proud member of Confluent Health, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic near the B/Q train. This role focuses on true 1:1, patient-centered care in a high-trust, community-driven setting.

We offer a full-time schedule (Mon–Thu 11:00–19:00, Fri 10:00–18:00) with potential for part-time involvement. Compensation reflects a robust package including loan repayment and sign-on incentives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice).
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Experience with general outpatient orthopedics, either as a licensed PT or during clinical rotations for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals, needs and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Candidates interested in part-time work are also encouraged to apply.

*The posted salary reflects the full-time position; part-time compensation will be based on the applicable part-time pay range.

About
