Job summary

ProRehab is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana to join a caregiver‑driven team focused on patient outcomes. You will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction, develop personalized plans, and deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to reduce pain and improve function.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care reflecting patients' goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000/ Year(commensurate with experience) Up to $10K in sign-on bonus availableinclusiveof productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
