Job summary

ProRehab is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join a compassionate team serving a small rural community. You will assess movement dysfunction, design and adjust plans of care, and deliver hands-on interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

Eligibility requires a PT license (or ability to obtain licensure). A patient-centered, evidence-based approach is essential, with opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction through patient history and physical examination.

• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Act as a trusted resource and advocate throughout recovery.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience). Up to $10K in sign-on bonus available.
