Job summary

ProRehab in Clarksville, IN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a collaborative clinic family. You will treat an average of about 11 patients per day with a range of orthopedic, dry needling, pediatrics, pelvic health, and yoga modalities.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, ongoing professional development through funded CEUs and Core Four courses, and opportunities for leadership pathways, all while benefiting from a competitive compensation package and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Compensation: $80k - $95k + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
