ACCESS PT, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic team in Connecticut. Deliver individualized, evidence-based care, collaborate with mentors, and contribute to a patient-centered recovery plan.

Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 plus productivity bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development through EIM.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with ability to obtain licensure in CT or current state license.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care to meet patient goals.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach as needed.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
