Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to a diverse patient population. You will conduct evaluations, plan and administer treatments, and collaborate with PT assistants to improve functional outcomes.
The role includes a Friday-Monday style weekend schedule with one weekend shift per month and cross-training for inpatient support. Experience with pediatric to geriatric patients is valued, along with a commitment to excellence
Mon-Friday one weekend shift per month
Primarily outpatient. Cross-training will be provided for inpatient services to support occasional weekend inpatient coverage.

Provides physical therapy services for a designated group of patients, assisting them to reach highest level of physical independence. Conducts physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Provides patient care to all age groups to include pediatric, adult and geriatric. Responsible for the care of patients treated by physical therapist assistants. May be responsible for orientation and ongoing guidance of assigned staff.
