Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) seeks a full-time Physical Therapist in Irvine, splitting time between two outpatient orthopedic clinics. The role focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving quality of life for diverse patients.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 annually, with productivity incentives up to $32,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development

Qualifications

• Must have valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required credentials.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and utilize therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
