Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Irvine, CA. The role delivers exceptional rehabilitation services across two locations, helping patients regain mobility and manage pain with advanced PT techniques.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, participate in mentorship programs, and access professional development resources while enjoying a robust benefits package and incentives that enhance total compensation.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each individual patient’s need.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
