Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands in Orange, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide rehabilitative care to restore mobility and reduce pain.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000–$115,000 annually with incentives, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for clinical development and mentorship within a supported team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification or equivalent as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Implement and supervise therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Remain updated on PT techniques and technologies and integrate into practice.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards and regulatory requirements.
