Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Irvine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. Earn $85,000–$120,000 annually with incentives tied to productivity and access to patient care.

Split across two Irvine locations, with a robust benefits package and schedule flexibility. We welcome applicants with a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy, valid licensure, CPR certification, and strong clinical skills.

Formación

• Licensed PT with degree in physical therapy and CPR certification.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in clinical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Ensure timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and integrate into practice.
• Honor Plan of Care and follow up with noncompliant patients as needed.
• Support caseload with nonclinical staff and delegate to PTA when applicable.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture aligned with service vision.
• Adapt to changing schedules and daily patterns.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards and regulatory requirements.
