Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in the San Diego area. New graduates are welcome and expected to join a therapist-focused team dedicated to patient-centered care.

The role includes base salary of $85,000–$115,000+, with monthly incentives up to $2,500 and Student Loan Repayment up to $25,000. A collaborative environment supports growth and professional development at PRN and its Spine & Sport brands.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Stay current with PT advances and integrate them into care.
