Job summary

California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy in Irvine is recruiting a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinics. You will assess, design, and implement impactful rehabilitation programs to restore mobility and function, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state regulations required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT emphasis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, goals, and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapies.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, outcomes, and Plan of Care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
