Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification and other state requirements.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses for holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and home exercises.
• Delegate and supervise PTA when applicable.
