Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Washington.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in documentation for patient records.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Stay current with PT techniques and technologies.
