Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is actively recruiting a Physical Therapist for our Fircrest, WA location. You will assess patients, design personalized treatment plans, and implement therapies to restore mobility and reduce pain, while documenting progress and outcomes.

Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists is essential to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy and integrate them into practice.
