Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Arlington, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide expert rehabilitation services. The role includes a base salary with productivity incentives, bonuses for performance, and opportunities to influence earnings through patient access and clinical impact.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, notes, and discharge summaries.
• Adapt to changes in patient schedules and therapy plans.
