Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services, helping patients regain mobility and improve quality of life. The role emphasizes individualized treatment plans, collaboration with physicians and nurses, and ongoing professional development.

The team is committed to ethical practice, documentation accuracy, and staying current with advances in PT techniques and modalities to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Must hold valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapies.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.
• Ensure patients follow the Plan of Care and follow up on noncompliance.
• Delegate to and collaborate with PTA when applicable.
