Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Work with a therapy aide to support patient care and treatment flow.
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with 60-minute evaluations.
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT and allocate time for documentation as needed.
