Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Basic PC skills including EMR and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referral and records to determine PT treatment required.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Oversee care by assistants and rehab technicians.
• Complete a plan of care, set goals, and create a comprehensive program.
• Implement PT treatment program and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation: daily notes, weekly reports, progress, discharge summaries, incidents.
