Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ in Kansas/Missouri is actively seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our clinics. New grads welcome, with mentorship from PT leaders who treat patients and not just oversee from a corporate office.

You’ll work with manageable caseloads (9–10 visits/day), benefit from unlimited continuing education funding, and participate in our IGNITE mentorship program designed for new grads to transition to independent practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results.
• Review the physician's referral and patient records to determine PT treatment requirements.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Manage patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Develop a written plan of care with goals and a comprehensive program.
• Implement physical therapy treatment and essential therapies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes and progress reports.
