Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position in Texas. The role focuses on evaluating residents, creating and updating treatment plans to improve mobility, strength and independence, and supervising PT assistants.

The therapist collaborates with physicians, nurses, families and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliant documentation and high-quality patient care. On-site environment with infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist with state licensure.
• Bachelor’s or higher in physical therapy.
• Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care preferred.
• Ability to supervise PT aides and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants in resident care following state practice acts.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families.
• Maintain compliant documentation and participate in quality assurance.
