Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) is hiring Physical Therapists to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. New grads welcome, with mentorship and clinical development provided.

Competitive compensation and bonuses accompany a comprehensive benefits package as you grow under orthopedic physicians. Two- to three-month mentorship and ABPTRFE residency available, with salary while reducing schedule during residency.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of the Facility Manager, provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services in collaboration with IBJI's orthopedic physicians and clinical team.
• Interpret physician orders, perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide exceptional, evidence-based patient care and monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Establish discharge plans and follow-up recommendations, and maintain thorough clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with billing requirements and collaborate with the physician team; supervise rehab staff as appropriate.
