Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) is seeking Physical Therapists to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. We offer mentorship, a collaborative environment with orthopedic physicians, and focus on patient care, clinical growth, and outcomes.

Base salary ranges from $84,000 to $110,000 with bonuses and benefits. We provide quarterly bonuses up to $11,500 annually, a sign-on bonus, profit sharing, and a $2,000 annual CEU allowance.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician orders and develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Establish discharge plans and follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing compliance.
• Collaborate with IBJI physicians and clinical team.
• Supervise rehabilitation staff as appropriate.
• Maintain active Illinois PT license and complete CEUs.
