Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy in Nashville, TN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current Tennessee PT license required.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
• Proficiency with EMR, databases, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations assessing ROM, strength, posture, gait, balance, and daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
• Supervise assistants and students in clinical settings.
• Ensure treatments follow the PT evaluation plan and state regulations.
• Contribute to program development and ongoing professional education.
• Assist in outreach community events as directed by Clinic Director.
