Job summary
STAR Physical Therapy in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing network of clinics. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain records in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
You will supervise PTs and support staff, contribute to program development, and participate in outreach and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Graduated from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Current TN Physical Therapist license and CPR certification.
- Experience with EMR and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess status, ROM, strength, posture, ambulation, balance, and ADLs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Interact professionally with patients, family members, and staff.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and other staff in patient care.
- Contribute to program development and participate in educational activities for growth.
- Assist in outreach community events as directed by the Clinic Director.
- Adhere to state practice act regulations and APTA code of ethics.
