Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy is expanding in Tennessee. We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality care across our clinics, perform comprehensive evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans. You will supervise staff, contribute to program development, and engage with community outreach initiatives.

We value autonomous, patient-centered practitioners, with strong documentation skills and dedication to ongoing professional growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current TN Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assess patient status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain records and prepare reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, family members and staff.
• Supervise PT Assistants, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians and students.
• Ensure supervised personnel carry out treatments as outlined.
• Contribute to program development and ongoing education.
• Assist in outreach community events as directed by Clinic Director.
• Adhere to state regulations and APTA code of ethics.
• Must hold TN PT license and degree from accredited institution.
