STAR Physical Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality evaluations and personalized treatment plans in our Nashville clinics. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise assistants, and ensure accurate documentation.

Formación

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current Tennessee PT license (or eligible).
• CPR certification is required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work autonomously in a clinical setting.
• Strong documentation and electronic record-keeping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
• Supervise PTAs and other clinical staff as needed.
• Contribute to program development and outreach activities.
• Adhere to state practice act regulations and ethics.
