Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in collaboration with facilities and patients. You will screen patients, develop treatment plans, and drive discharge planning to support functional outcomes.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, ensure compliance with regulations, and stay current with industry best practices while providing exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist delivers high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Discharge planning and coordination with care teams and state/federal regulations.
