Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning with a focus on patient function and independence.

Responsibilities include supervising PTAs and rehab techs, providing clinical guidance, staying compliant with state regulations, and advancing clinical leadership through collaboration and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
