Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans while maintaining patient relationships and program standards.

The role emphasizes supervision of assistive staff, adherence to clinical protocols, and ongoing professional development within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Uphold professional conduct and comply with state/federal regulations governing physical therapy.
