Piedmont HealthCare in Macon, GA is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services across all ages, from pediatric to geriatric. You will perform evaluations, select modalities, and implement treatments to improve function and reduce pain, while mentoring staff involved in therapy care.

The role requires current Georgia PT licensure (or compact privileges) and ongoing CEUs; a sign-on bonus is available and prior experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Must maintain CEUs as required by the State.
• Work Experience: 2 years of experience preferred.

Provides physical therapy services for a designated group of patients, assisting them to reach highest level of physical independence. Conducts physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Provides patient care to all age groups to include pediatric, adult and geriatric. Responsible for the care of patients treated by physical therapist assistants. May be responsible for orientation and ongoing guidance of assigned staff.

• Must maintain current CEU's as by the State

Work Experience

• 2 years of experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Georgia Physical Therapist License or current compact privileges in Georgia Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support through AHA Required
