Tier 1: 3 full shifts per 6-week schedule, minimum of 1 weekend shift per 6-week schedule. Required to work 1 winter holiday shift
Tier 2: 6 full shifts per 6-week schedule, minimum of 2 weekends shift per 6-week schedule. Required to work 2 holidays shift (1 in winter and 1 in summer)
Tier 3: 10 full shifts per 6-week schedule, minimum of 3 weekends shift per 6-week schedule. Required to work 3 holidays shift (2 in winter and 1 in summer)
